Communications Support for Companies
Let’s face it, media and PR continue to evolve at a rapid pace and it’s our job to keep up. PR is no longer just about media relationships or even great media coverage. In order to truly build a brand and drive sales, it requires ongoing engagement directly with customers. Our strategy is to execute PR and marketing programs that directly reach a target audience, so companies see the ROI and get the most bang for their buck.
For more than 15 years, Lacey and her team have worked with early stage start-ups, private and public companies on robust PR and marketing programs for launches, and media and thought leadership campaigns to firmly position spokespeople as leaders within their respective industries, build brand awareness, reputation and attract customers. It starts with the message, discovering the problems a company is looking to solve and formulating a program that tells that story and pushes it out directly to a specific audience.
We specialize in the following services suited specifically for cannabis, health and technology companies:
- Strategic PR Counsel
- Media Relations
- Content and Collateral Development
- Thought Leadership
- Ghost Writing
- Event Promotion
- Digital Marketing/Social Media
- Media Training
- Crisis Communications
- Internal Communications
PR Support and Training for PR Agencies
PR Support: After 10 years working for boutique PR agencies, Lacey understands the ebbs and flows of an agency very well and serves as an excellent resource for busy PR account teams serving the cannabis, health and technology sectors. She is happy to spearhead an account as an account manager and be the direct client contact or stay in the background handling general PR initiatives from media relations to content development and thought leadership.
PR Training: From her time working at several intense PR agencies holding senior-level positions, Lacey often found herself serving as a mentor and trainer to junior staff, helping them navigate agency life and teaching them the tricks of the trade. Given the high turnover at PR agencies and little time that management has for training and onboarding, she tacked on HR consulting to her PR executive role at numerous agencies. Today, she crafts presentations and webinars specifically suited for each agency’s needs to help junior staff get up to speed and hit the ground running.
